BONUS TERMS

DEPOSIT LIMITS

ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

We may restrict an account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has provided false information, attempted underage gambling, engaged in disruptive behavior, or requested self-exclusion without following our procedures for this service (cooling-off period). Appeals will be reviewed through New Brunswick Gaming Commission.

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

We may terminate or suspend your access to any of the Services at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are not complying with these Terms, applicable laws and regulations, or our internal policies.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Brunswick, Canada without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.

NO WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
